your skin looking young and healthy:
- Do protect your skin – You don’t know how harmful the sun is to your skin. Always put on some sunblock with at least SPF15 every day. It doesn’t matter if you are simply going to the office or to the market. Always put on sunblock even when it is cloudy. If you are going on a beach trip, a higher SPF will be needed. You should also wear protective gear like hats as well as sunglasses to keep the sensitive skin around your eyes protected.
- Follow an everyday skin regime – Consult with a dermatologist on what to do with your skin. Sometimes, the worst mistake is to use facial products you don’t even need. It might be enough to simply keep your skin clean, making sure to wash it before you go to sleep.
- Don’t prick your skin – In fact, don’t even touch your face when not necessary. Stressing out the skin can do a lot of harm. It can leave marks or even cause acne.
- Skip the makeup – As much as possible, try not to use too much makeup every day. Or if you are going to use makeup, make sure to remove all of it at the end of the day. Makeup can cause your pores to clog, which will result to acne. Give your face time to breathe.
- Visit a skin expert – No matter what you do, don’t let an unexperienced or underqualified person handle your face. A dermatologist can tell you if there is a problem with your facial skin. Sometimes, you don’t even know that you already have warts until a dermatologist spots them.
